Returns & refunds

All our products are made to order with the utmost care and attention for quality. Each article is checked for defects before shipment by us personally. Given all our products manufactured to order only, the two weeks cooling-regulation does not apply. We therefore do not offer refunds on our items.

The packaging is always carefully checked by us. The customer therefore agrees to verify the order properly upon delivery. When the customer notices obvious damage to the packaging upon arrival, we urge to inform us by email right away while enclosing a photograph of the state of the package as well as a photograph of the damage to the product as a result. Please contact us immediately on info@eddeart.com . In this case a replacement of the exact order might be supplied.

We reserve the right to refuse such a request upon the suspicion that the product has been already used or upon the suspicion that the damage is not caused by EDDE Art or the delivery company.
